Marketing Management & Business Systems Engineering

Dear Group:

Thank you for the opportunity to work together. We are excited about exploring the business frontier with you.

The following is a proposal to do research and development into marketing strategies and business systems. Areas to examine include incorporating applications development, promotion and advertising, needs analysis, intellectual property, government contracts, "green" energy usage, taking advantage of carbon and emissions credits, eco-friendly siting, design, and end-of-life planning, as well as, other relevant topics.

The Goal being -- to establish new leads and to help organize business systems.

A twelve month plan would initiate our investigation. During this time, we will attempt to implement a wide array of business administration experiments. Throughout the period, we will attempt to offer suggestions and guidance towards achieving The Goal.

Phase I will entail:

• inventory
  The quartermaster inventories the group's assets.
• synergies
  How many obvious ways to work together can be identified? Through are combined efforts, are there any "quick and easy" systems we should put into place? Can individual members of the group benefit and/or save expenses by utilizing the group's network?
• unique qualities
  What individual and combined resources do we posses that are valuable? How can we exploit these resources to everyone's best advantage?
