I moved into Tarrington in 2004. Having a new home, I had little things that needed repairs. LuAnne took my calls and things were taken care of as soon as possible. She seems to know her job and gets things done.

I would also like to commend Dave McGuire, who I called because I smelled gas from my range. He was here within minutes and took care of things. Recently, my front door fixture was loose and he came over and fixed it.

It's not very often that we take the time to write a complimentary letter; most of the time, it's the opposite where some company or service operation has not performed to my expectations.

The reason that we are writing this letter is to compliment you and your organization on the excellent human relations department that hires your staff. Your training area has done a better than superb job in training the people that I was associated with on making sure that the customer is satisfied, no matter what it takes.

My first impression of W. B. Homes began at Harrington Village. There we met Coldwell Banker personnel, Pat and Pam, who presented your home in a very professional manner. After we purchased our home, we ran into a little problem regarding the selling of my home in Blue Bell. We spoke with Chris Konkel, project manager, and we finally resolved our differences with regard to the closing date. The team of Chris, Tony and Brad went out of their way to make sure that our agreed-upon date actually did take place.

As a matter of fact, not only did they insure the date, but this is the first house that we ever bought where we had nothing on our punch list at closing. We have purchased several homes in the past, including from Toll Brothers, Orleans, and David Cutler and this is the first home that exceeded our expectations.

I would also like to mention that during the frustrating part of trying to come to some agreement as to the settlement date, one of your administrative staff, Mary Jo, was exceedingly pleasant and went out of her way to make certain that Chris returned my phone calls and followed up on all details that were necessary to insure a smooth closing.

The closing was also one of the easiest and most professional that we ever experienced.

Again, I can not reiterate what a good feeling we had in buying this home and closing on this home with regard to the high professionalism of your people. It is a tribute to you and your organization to have such highly professional and customer conscious people.

Dear W.B. Homes,

Over a year ago I purchased a new home at Wellington Village and Mr. Dan Kett was the gentleman who performed the work that was on my post settlement list. I would like to commend Dan on his quality of work, professionalism and customer service.

Just recently the Philadelphia area experienced a tremendous amount of rain which caused the water pipe along the side of my home to break. Water accumulated in the well near my basement window and it eventually filled up with water and finally flowed into my basement through the window. I called Dan the next day to see if he could still do something about the damage to my carpet and wall. Dan came over the next day to inspect the damage. He took the time to care about my home and brought over a few big fans and a couple of dehumidifiers, lifted my carpet to help dry it out and was able to fix the wall. I believe that many homebuilding companies would not value their customer satisfaction as Dan did and say that it was now the homeowner's responsibility to take care of the damage.

Because of the service that I have received, I am happy that I purchased a home with W.B. Homes. I would also like to let you know that I am a Department of Defense employee working at the Naval Air Station in Willow Grove. I come into contact with many active duty military new in the area and looking for a place to live. I have often referred them W.B. Homes.

We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with our new home at The Preserve at Salford. We chose W.B. Homes based on the recommendations of others, and had high expectations because of all the wonderful things we had heard about your company. Those expectations were not only met, but in many instances exceeded our hopes.

There are several people that deserve special mention. First impressions are important, and from the very first moment we stepped through the door, Susan Brittingham has always represented W.B. I am writing to you to bring to your attention, what I consider to be exceptional service on the part of two of your employees. They are Dave Soriano and Dave Maguire. It has been over three years since we moved into our new house at XXX Manor Road, Harleysville. Over the three year period we had water in our basement during each heavy rain. Dave Maguire made at least 12 visits to correct the problem. The 12th visit ended the problem. At all times they were polite and determined to get at the cause of the leak. Obviously the fix has been put to the test during the heavy rains over the last three months. The basement was dry after each rain. The two Daves should be recognized for their determination and customer service skills.

The purpose of this letter is to express how thoroughly pleased we are with the outstanding level of service that Marilyn Long has provided. We really appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile and accommodate our hectic travel schedules. In particular, the day that we found out that Donya would not be able to arrive in Pennsylvania on a Thursday evening, as planned, because of a work conflict (we were due to meet with Marilyn on that Friday). We immediately called Marilyn and asked if we could meet with her on that Saturday. Although Marilyn does not usually work on Saturdays, she agreed to meet with us and help us with our option selections. We were very impressed by Marilyn's patience and professionalism even though our meeting lasted for over 7 hours. Marilyn was an excellent listener and was able to distinguish when we were uncertain with a color or option selection. Her impeccable design recommendations expedited the huge task of color selections for an entire home.

As you know, relocating to another state, starting a new job and purchasing a new home can be very stressful. Marilyn's kindness and design expertise helped to make the experience as stress free as possible. Marilyn is truly an asset to W.B. Homes, Inc. and she has greatly enhanced our new home building experience with your company.

It has been over a year and a half since my wife and I moved into one of your homes. The entire home buying process started well over two years ago.

Today, September 8, 2004, we will be settling on our new home, 208 Dorchester Dr., Sellersville. Since August 3, 2003, we have had the opportunity and necessity to "work with" several of Coldwell Bankers' and your employees.
